About GST on MRP

GST on MRP began with an everyday frustration: you buy something at its printed price and have no easy way to see how much of it is tax. Because the Maximum Retail Price already includes GST, the tax sits hidden inside the number on the label. We built this tool to make that hidden portion visible in seconds.

What we do

We provide two straightforward calculators. The first works in reverse, pulling the base price and GST out of an inclusive MRP. The second adds GST on top of a pre-tax amount to give you the final price. Both instantly show the split into CGST, SGST and IGST, so you always understand where the tax goes.
